RAX35 Issues After Resetting: Won't connect to modem, cannot login to routerlogin.net
Power-cycled the router. Then, on reboot, there is a solid red power light for 10 seconds, followed by a blinking red power light for ~1 minuted, eventually followed by solid green power and ethernet lights. The internet light remains amber.
Issues: Will not connect to internet and cannot login through routerlogin.net.
Attempted Fixes: Power-cycling router and modem multiple times. I have used multiple devices and ethernet cords. I plugged a computer directly into the modem, which makes the internet work just fine. I tried to connect through 192.168.1.1 to no avail.
Perhaps most importantly of all: When I do ipconfig /all, the "Default Gateway" line is completely blank.

Seems you need to factory reset it. Its config may have gotten corrupt. At the back, there's a Reset button. Press it for 5-7 seconds and release. If you're able to connect, configure from scratch (don't load a backup config file as this defeats the purpose of a factory reset and can introduce the same issue again.)
I have two of these and neither will connect to the internet now... they both died within days of each other. The first unit on Cox worked for years, the second unit (refurbished) on WestCoast failed in 2 weeks.
Factory reset does nothing.
Rebooting the entire network does nothing.
Both RAX35 units are just dead and zero support.
To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.

Sounds like its booting up as it should.
What modem/gateway are you trying to connect it to?

There is more on your network than the router.
It may help to reboot the whole network in the right order.
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
