RAX43 5G Password Incorrect

I’ve recently been having issues with connectivity to my 5G network. I have an RAX43 paired with a Ting Fiber Modem and an EAX20 range extender. When trying to connect to the 5G network, I get a wrong password error. Occasionally, the device will connect, but the speed of the 5G network is much slower than it should be. 2.4G works fine for connectivity, but is marginally slower. I’ve verified that the password is the same for both the 2.4G and 5G bands. After factory resetting the router, the issue resolved for a few hours before persisting again. I’d appreciate any suggestions!

does it work fine if you turn off the extender?
Whenever troubleshooting, its good to simplify to see where the issue is coming from
