RAX43 dropping IoT hub
New router, installed <7 days. I have 40-45 devices total on the router; 6 Windows, 4 Android phones, 3 android tablets, 4 internet TV, many light bulbs, switches, plugs etc. One specific device is a hub that translates between Wifi and Bluetooth for a door latch [Lockly]. the hub works when freshly installed but after a day or two attempts to interact with the latch from the android app get a message that 'connection failed, try again'. support at Lockly say the message means that the Wifi comm is not working -- different message if the blue tooth link were not working. The hub itself displays steady Green light so the hub thinks it has communicaiton with the router. the Hub is located within 10ft of the router [directly below on a different floor]. Even accounting for losses due to walls, flooring etc this is NOT a signal strength issue. Measuring signal strength with an app shows very strong wifi signal. and, oh yes, ping succeeds in getting a response from the hub.
SO: the Nighthawk is not giving the hub the timely service when the hub needs.
1. Why is communication dropping ?
2. Can I set a higher priority to the Hub ?
