RAX45 Guest Network doesnt connect to internet

Question

Netgear AX4300 RAX45 (Costco version) configured for 2.4GHz guest network will not connect to the internet. This was working and I am not sure when it quit. Other networks are working just fine. The 5GHz guest network is off. Firmware is V1.0.2.82_2.0.50. There is an update available but I have not yet installed. I am using SurfBoard SB8200 modem. I have disabled/enabled the guest network but still NG. Checking the forum other posts are pretty old and none address this router. Help please if you can.

Sorry for the misleading model. I did not find this one in the predefined listings.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The firmware is the version it came with and was running with the initial setup was done.&nbsp; Nothng was changed since.DaveJ&nbsp;&nbsp;

Finally fixed.&nbsp; I did download and install the newest firmware from netgear.com.&nbsp; I did have to install manually since the auto process errored out.&nbsp; By itself that did not fix the problem.&nbsp; Ended up resetting to factory defaults and rebuilding my configuration.&nbsp; No idea why it failed in the first place.&nbsp; But now I am back to working again.&nbsp; Thanks to all for your suggestions.DaveJ&nbsp;&nbsp;
