RAX45 log entry: [Internet disconnected]
Anyone know how to approach this issue? Perhaps router needs to be replaced? Internet disconnect happened last week and then again today. Router is running latest Firmware: V1.0.17.142_2....

Yes, the ATT ONT is in IP Pass-Through mode (option 2 above). And it's actually been working pretty well for several years now. It's just every once in awhile the RAX45 loses internet connectivity while the ATT ONT maintains internet connectivity. And the RAX45 is no longer listed in the ATT ONT's connected devices page. Power-cycling the RAX45 fixes the "no internet" problem and all is well until the next time. But recently (past couple of weeks) the issue happened twice (once last week and again then today). And I'm checking with the Netgear community to see if there's something I can do to prevent this issue from ever happening (unless the ATT ONT running on ATT Fiber really looses internet connectivity, which almost never happens). I'll read the suggested articles and contact ATT as suggested above. Thanks for your help.

Try removing the pass thru freature on the ATT gateway and configure the RAX for AP mode:
And see if this happens with the RAX in AP mode.
