RAX45 VPN not working

Question

Activated VPN service but cannot connect to router via VPN. Checking log and found that

[OPENVPN] NTP sync time failed. Get correct system time then reconnect. Sunday, Aug 23,2020 08:40:44

tried to change different NTP server but still didn't work

Tried both 1.0.2.28 and 1.0.2.66(latest update) but still didn't work. Same log found

I did but they just ask me to call for tech support. it is still no clue about the issue&nbsp;&nbsp;As a long-team Netgear customer I reallly frustrate about the current tech support. I will look for different router brand to replace it.&nbsp;&nbsp;
