RAX48 Firmware Update - GUI language file is invalid

Question

I tried to update the firmware of my RAX48 router and get the following error: GUI language file is invalid

Firmware Update Assistant
New firmware is found. Do you want to update the firmware? (Yes) (No)
Current GUI Language Version:	1.0.2.82_2.1.46.1
New GUI Language Version:	1.0.5.106_2.1.46.1
Current Firmware Version	1.0.2.82
New Firmware Version	1.0.5.106

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Unfortunately the firewall on my company issued laptop prevents me from downloading the file from

doesn't the automatic updater download the same file? are there any other options?
