RAX50 nat moderate and packet burst

Hi,

 

I just bought a RAX50 and I can't get the nat to open in games. Also, I get tons of packet bursts at the point of being unplayable (testing on COD: Warzone).

 

Tried to set NAT to open, enabled/disabled uPnP and port forwarding without luck. Also, disabled the protection app just in case and nothing changed.

 

I don't care much about nat to be open but packet bursts are a concern since I can't play any multiplayer game at this point. The issue is with the router because I had a Linksys before without any issues, so...

 

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated
