Router keeps rebooting
Router keeps Factory resetting itself whenever rebooted. There's a new firmware and everytime I try to update it, it will get to the part of rebooting and then factory resets itself and needs to be setup all over again like it's a new router and then needs a update again.

You have the RS700?
What firmware version are you on right now?
And then how are you updating? (as michaelkenward says).
Thats key to. A manual method is best if you're having issues.
- JoseMakaAspirantI'm updating via the nighthawk app and tried through the web browser also. It's running v1.0.7.86 it's saying the newest is v1.0.7.96. It resets itself everytime it reboots and for some reason at 3am also
I recommend you make contact with NG support and ask about RMA options.
There's been a rash of some of these routers not accepting a FW update and persisting.
