Unable to upgrade RAX50 firmware from version 1.0.12.120 to version 1.0.16.132Please see attached error message!

Hi - thanks for your response. Following the manual update process did not help! I am still getting “update error” with iOS app and with my laptop using router login.net the update finishes with the reboot, but the firmware version does not change. I am attempting to upgrade from version 1.0.12.120 to version 1.0.16.132.

What browser are you using on the laptop? Try MS Edge or Firefox?&nbsp;
Might try a factory reset with the router disconnected from the ISP modem or ONT. Get thru the setup wizard, then go in and load the FW file.&nbsp;
Be sure you are unpacking the FW file from the .zip file first.

Using Chrome! It’s happening with Nighthawk app as well!

Good evening. I am using Chrome. I switched to MS Edge and got the same result! I also followed your steps outlined in your message and nothing changed. I get Update Error when using Nighthawk app and manual update seem to go through okay. But after reboot, when I run the version check with Ethernet connection it shows no change to the router firmware from before firmware update and after…. Any other ideas or direction would be much appreciate. I noticed that I am at least 30+ security updates on my router because of the inability to run updates on my router….
