WiFi issues with Netgear Nighthawk AX2700
So I’ve been having off and on issues with my WiFi recently. I’ve spoken to my internet provider Spectrum and tried rebooting both the modem and router multiple times. Spectrum says I’m getting the numbers I should be getting but it’s not showing up on my end. The only thing I can think of is the router is not working. I can’t move the router to another spot because of where my power pole is and I’ve checked and rechecked everything to make sure it’s sturdy and connected properly. Can someone please tell me if I’m missing something or if it’s the router?

What model router do you have? RAX###?
What WiFI issues are you having specifically?
What devices are you connecting to the router?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings- HoweverYouWantAspirantI have the RAX29 model router. I’m having issues with low WiFi speeds and spectrum said that it looked like I was getting good speeds on their end. I’m connecting my phone, a tv, my Xbox, kindle and laptop to the router. The firmware version is v1.0.13.102_2 and I’m not sure what the mfr and model number of the modem is or where to look for it. And I’ll look at the settings you suggested.
What speeds are you expecting to see?
Would need to test with a wired PC to check and compare speed test results.
Ask the ISP about brand and model of modem your using.
