Can't connect to vpn services during parental controls!!

Recently,I turned on the parental control.It looks good but not friendly for vpn because the feature will stop my vpn connections even i have set it unlimited.what should i do to tackle this issue except turning off parental controls?thank you guys.

    My sense is that more detailed information is required, such as:

    • Which Netgear router is running Smart Parental Controls?  (Nighthawk? Orbi? model? firmware release?)
    • Identify a VPN product that fails.  ("any" does not seem to be helpful)
    • Which device on the LAN is attempting to connect to the VPN?
    • How does the VPN report not being able to establish a connection?  (error message? log entry)

    Generic search seems to indicate that the consensus is that Netgear's SPC does not interfere with VPN, unless it has been directed to. (see the search results below)

        What client device(s) are you using?  Is it possible that some are rotating the mac address?  

         

        If they are, the router might be applying the wrong profile.

    Intend to operate Parental Control on the same (shared) device  you intend to operate the unspecified VPN from, with different profile(s), with one being set to "unrestricted"?

    Please be a little bit more specific of the VPN(s) you intend using.

     

    The tags show Androud and iOS - what kind of device(s) are you refering to?

      ​No, I am using an adult profile. I've only blocked categories like gambling and adult content, but I still can't establish a VPN connection. Any ideas on how to solve this?
