MR60 parental controls
I have paid gor for the parental controls subscription. It worked "ok" for a while, then just quit well over a month ago. I have logged out, logged in, rebooted multiple times, Uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, went through acts of congress trying to find out how to get support since I have not paid for support, finally got in contact with them but they needed to call me back. They did for 2 days straight and I was unable to talk with them as those were the busiest 2 days of my entire year😅 Now that I'm trying to get back with my case number, the case is closed. The controls did disappear inside the app for a while but that was fixed with a reboot or reinstall, however even though it appears back in the app, it's not at all functional. No devices can be paused, disconnected, no bedtime routines work. When I chose Nighthawk, I was really expecting to be able to be in control of online time. It was unclear when I made the purchase that I'd need to pay extra for controls. Coming from Google wifi, I was not aware that was a feature typically paid for. When I did pay for it, it didn't compare at all to the amount of control I was used to, and now it doesn't work at all.There are also log in issues, I cannot log in at all without using a 1 time password even though my password is correct. It works fine through a browser, assuming it's an app issue. Also when trying to browse forums through app, page loading takes over a full minute. Maybe this is ALL an app issue? I'm working from a Note 20 Ultra. Has anyone else figured out how to fix non functioning parental controls?

Be sure the NH mobile app is up to date.
Be sure FW on the MR and MS is up to date. Update the MS first, the MR lastly.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the MR60.
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
