Orbi RBR 750 can't get parental control tile
Hello. I purchased my Orbi RBR 750 more than a year ago. I had some issues with the initial firmware and stopped using it and started using an Eero Pro 6.
After seeing the new firmware update to the RBR 750 and the satellites, I decided to set my Orbi up again.
I've had it set up for a few days with the newest firmware 7.2.6.31.
However, I wanted to use the parental controls feature but my Orbi app does not have the parental controls tile.
I've googled and came across a number of people that said they didn't have it but that do a complete reset of the router and satellites and setting up a new network has seemed to work and then deleting the orbi app and then downloading the app again.
I've done that twice over the last few days and nothing. I didn't really want to have to pay for support at this point.
Does anyone have any suggestions. I really like this Orbi system as I'm getting top wireless speeds in rooms where I didn't get with my Eero and don't want to have to go back to the Eero.

What mobile platform are you using? Apple Or Android
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Check My Subscriptions in the Orbi app under the top right hand corner menu icon for status of any subscriptions seen there.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried them all and still no parental controls tile. I did speak to Netgear support yesterday and they have escalated to a "Level 2" technical support team.
