RAX50 unable to register device and parental controls gone

Have the rax50v2 router and the parental controls set up on all zones in my house. The parental controls disappeared from my app and now I can’t adjust the time the internet turns off in the different...

Try removing the app from the mobile phone then re-install.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
