If you have more than 20 devices in the default home profile, placing the, for example, 24th item into a child profile. It can’t be removed and put back into the default home profile without paying for parental controls because you “can’t have a profile over 20 devices.” So I would have to pay to no longer have a device in a profile for parental controls because it can’t go back to the default. That makes no sense. Y’all missed a check in the code to make sure the device limit doesn’t apply for the default home profile that every device is automatically added to. On my main account, every time I try to sign up for a service (SPC, Armor), the system throws an error, telling me: New plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency. I thought maybe my account was referencing an old address somewhere I couldn't see, so I unregistered the device and made a new account, then registered the router to that one. It doesn't seem to have worked -- every time I try to do something on the router, I'm told that it is already registered to my old account. I've been working on this for days now -- phone support could not figure out the currency issue, and emails have gone unanswered. I really need parental controls up and running. Have the rax50v2 router and the parental controls set up on all zones in my house. The parental controls disappeared from my app and now I can’t adjust the time the internet turns off in the different zones and it’s still working in the background. But I’m also getting product already registered. So that’s an issue And when I’m trying to login to the security section of the app it’s says login with the email I’m using and try again.1.1KViews0likes1Comment
