RBRE960 ORBI App Parental Controls
I accidentally turned on Parental Controls free trial via the ORBI App (because I accidentally hit the annoying pop up), and now I can't use the Advanced > Security > Access Control via the web interface, it tells me I have to use the App.
So I reset my ORBI system and started again, now I can use the above mentioned section of the web interface but when I try to look at the devices online using the 'Device Manager' in the App I get the below message:
"Although you have already started a trial of Smart Parental Controls Premium Plan, we need you to set it up again.
Your plan started: 25 Oct 2023"
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this and remove the Smart Parental Controls all together?

Does the app show Connected Devices and the goal is to get rid of the annoying message?
Or, does the app not show Connected Devices?

One accidental click and you are now in purgatory!
Does the Orbi web interface at least show Attached Devices (as it should?)
Might start with opening a case with the subscription service:
