I also have the same issue.
I tried changing the country and reset the mesh system but the problem persists.
Still cannot buy the SPC after the trial has expired.
Please advise the solution for this problem.

What region are you located?
What model Orbi system do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Try a factory reset on the Orbi system and setup from scratch using Orbi app?

- I have the same issue. Cannot buy the premium SPC after the trial. It says plan is not available
