No puedo accesar desde la app movil desde Android al ORBI AXE11000

Hola Comunidad! He cambiado a un nuevo dispositivo Android Galaxy S24 Ultra y estoy intentando acceder a la configuración pero no me permite acceder porque me envía ub mensaje de "Inicio de Sesión Denegado " Anteriormente mi configuración estaba en un Android Galaxy S23 cuando adquirí los productos Orbi, pero al migrar todo al S24, me está impidiendo acceder a mis ORBI AXE11000. Alguna ayuda o guía que me puedan compartir de favor?

    Hello community! I've switched to a new Android device Galaxy S24 Ultra and I'm trying to access the settings frpm Orbi App but it doesn't allow me to access it because it sends me a message of "Start of Denied Session". Previously my settings were on an Android Galaxy S23 when I acquired Orbi products, but when I migrated everything to the this new Galaxy S24 Ultra device, it's preventing me from accessing my ORBI AXE11000. Any help or guidance you can share with me?
