Hello,
I have a router RBR350 and two satellites RBS350.
Yesterday I updated the firmware of my devices to version 4.4.1.29 and since then one of my satellites does not work properly (only one, the other works properly).
The devices that connect via this satellite do not have internet connection anymore, as if the satellite was not correctly connected to the router (both are connected via 5G). However, according to the router's web interface, the satellite is connected correctly.
I tried to reset the satellite several times, but when it restarts it synchronizes directly with the router ... well in theory since the connection does not work. I have also saved my configuration, reset the router and restored my settings but again when I turn on the satellite the devices connected to it no longer have internet access.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
PS: I also connected the satellite directly to the router via the ethernet port but it doesn't work.
Bonjour,

I suspect that the "bad" satellite got an IP address not from Orbi router but from the ISP router and that's why it's causing the issues that you're seeing.
What is the make and model of the ISP modem/router to which Orbi router is connected?

Hello,
Thank you but I have configured my ISP router in order not to interfere with the Orbi.
For those who might want to do the same, here is how I did it:
On my ISP router I disabled the wifi, set a DHCP range up to 192.168.1.2, reserved this IP for the Orbi and set the DMZ on this IP as well.
The Orbi is configured with a DHCP range from 192.168.2.x and it works perfectly. Doing so I can use the VPN function without any issue, etc.
I re-applied the latest firmware on the satellite but it did not help.
I have tried to connect my PC directly to the satellite with an ethernet cable and the connection works fine, but as soon as I try to use the wifi it fails to connect to the internet.

Thanks for the information. What IP address does your PC get when connected via wifi and when connected by ethernet cable please?
