Does https://router-ip-address/admin work when you are not on your home network?  (using the external (WAN) address of the router?

 

If not, then either something is wrong with the port forwarding in the live box or (less likely) your ISP is blocking 443.  I'm guessing that the 443 traffic is going to the live box admin page, and not being forwarded to the NAS.
