1 mbps download with Nighthawk C7800 wired connection
I'm getting a 1 mbps download speed (at best) with Spectrum Internet using the Nighthawk C7800 router, AC 3200. When I use their single port modem/router, I get 400+ download speed. I called Spectrum Support, & they told me to contact Netgear (basically, go away & don't bother them). Tried it with a wifi, & ethernet connection, same problem. Did I spend $325 for a fancy paperweight?

do you have a screen snip of your modem connections page and your logs?
Spectrum isn't known for being helpful when it isn't their equipment as you've experienced.
Unfortunately I didn't take any screen-shots of the chat. I also spoke to a lady on the phone, but I never got her name. All of the lights on the router are solid white, if that helps.

It shows us your modems connections and if there's issues with your incoming line. Unfortunately it only takes a snap shot in time of the connection but even that helps.
