10GbE switch, PCIe card + USB 3.0 to 5GbE ethernet adapter for prime day

Spec me a 10GbE switch, a 2.5GbE NiC + 2.5 GbE USB3.0 converter cable.

    Try a web search. 
    This is a cable modem forum for Netgear. 

    I highly doubt you will find that kind of spec on a USB adapter currently.
