2.4 band not appearing on devices, but 5ghz band appears
Hi everyone,
Recently got this issue on my C6300v2. The 2.4 band network will not appear on any device but the 5ghz band is showing up to connect. I've tried resetting the device multiple times and making sure the network is broadcasting the name and still will not appear. I have a extender to expand coverage around the house, using that same network and I am able to connect to it and the internet with no issues on the same 2.4 band.
Anyone have other ideas on how to troubleshoot to get the 2.4gz band to appear ? I have attempted to update the firmware but according to Netgear and Spectrum, I have the most up to date firmware available.

Has a factory reset been performed on the modem? Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard. Use a different 2.4Ghz device to see if the 2.4Ghz SSID name appears. If not, I would contact NG support for additional help and information.
