3G. Vs 5G

I have a ring camera, and was on 3G, internet service provider upgraded to 5G, which is not supported with my ring doorbell.  How do I get my 3G back?  I really need my ring doorbell.  Any help, would be appreciated, thank you

    A couple things.

    1. its 2.4ghz. not 3ghz.

    2. the C6300 is a dual band router. It supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz. They didn't upgrade the routers specs, they might have upped the speeds you pay for though

    3. Their "upgrade" shouldn't have impacted the ring connection. If it did, what actual issue are you getting? Details help more than "get my ring back"

Thanks for the correction. My ring doesn't work at all. When connecting to wifi, I only have the 5g option. The ring I have is not supported by the 5g. Only the 2.4. don't know how to get back the 2.4. Ty

Have you connected the phone you're using for the ring setup to 2.4ghz?

Is the 2.4ghz led on the router on?
