5ghz wont connect to internet

we bought this router today from walmart, got it connected to the internet, and everything. The problem occurs when you try to connect to the 5ghz chanel, it wil rest the whole router. the 2.4ghz works fine though. comcast is our isp, router name is "N600 cable modem router". model number : C3700.

    What does this mean? What are you connecting?

    I guess you mean "reset", but what does that mean?
