Ac1200 c6220
I just got a Netgear AC 1200 Model C6220 modem/router combo, it is supposed to be in working order, it will work fine though WiFi and wired until I try to access it to change any settings, at that poi...
I tried that several times, I called the ISP and it wasn't on their end, it's weird because when I go to get into it to even change or look at the settings it resets the entire router, it won't allow you to do anything at all in the menus.
Try to remove the coax from the modem then try to access those settings this might tell you if it is a ISP issue if not because if it does not have the same behavoir with the coax cable removed then it says its a config issue on the ISP side or we may need to get you in contact with Netgear support.

- I tried that too based on some research I found, same behavior, I did go and buy another one and it is working perfectly, I do still have that one though that I need to do something with.
If the unit is still under warranty I suggest contacting support.
