AC1750 WIFI CABLE MODEM ROUTER DROPPING WIFI CONNECTION CONSTANTLY
Hello,
For the past several weeks my modem router AC1750 has been dropping wifi connection. It happens several times a day, the connection blinks out and comes back or drops for several minutes. I have unplugged 60 seconds and replugged it (I do this every day for work) and that doesnt seem to fix it. Im not a techical person so im not sure what more to do. My ISP is spectrum and they say everything is fine on their end. I pay for 400 download and 20 upload. Wired I getting 240 download and 20 download, wifi im getting 28 download and 25 upload (thats with my laptop sitting right next to the modem). I was going to try https://kb.netgear.com/23783/Improving-2-4Ghz-Wireless-Performance-by-Changing-Channel but the link http://www.routerlogin.net doesnt open for me. Please help me!
Thank you!

Try access the router at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1

192.168.1.1 This site can’t be reached, it took too long to respond. 192.168.100.1 This page isn’t working, invalid response.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Has a power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds since last FW update been performed?

I have no idea what channels Im using. Where would I see this and make these changes? Im not sure where to login to gain access to the modem. Yes my computer can see 3 wifi networks from my neighbors, all very weak signals.

If you have the C6300, try factory resetting it. push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
