AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router
Hi,
This is my first post so I am not sure I am doing this correctly. We had a couple power surges and then our power went out last night. Now my wifi will not stay connected. All lights are on the front of the wifi cable modem router but my wireless printer and my phone will not stay connected. I disconnected the power, waited a minute then turned it back on. They connect for under a minute then disconnect. I don't know the first thing about troubleshooting this. My cable company said it wasn't their issue that it was an issue with the router modem. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!!!

Pressing the reset button for 10 seonds then after the modem reboots, setup the modem again with a wired PC and web browser?

Can I do a factory reset while I am logged into the modem through the routerlogin page?
