AC1750 WiFi is not broadcasting

Hi,

I have AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router (C6300v2)

All lights are glowing but not broadcasting wifi. Not seeing in any devices.

Tried power recycle, reset but no luck.

internet is working  if you use Ethernet cable.
Not able to open routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1.
Please help if have any other options to fix this issue.

Thanks,
Sanjay

    What tells you that?

Not able to open routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1.

That's not the default address for modem/routers.

    Try:

     192.168.0.1

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

      Thanks, the link 192.168.0.1 worked

I reseted password and Enable SSID Broadcast enabled.

Not sure why wifi is not broadcasting.

Netgear support team mentioned hardware is fine.

      Thanks

did you push and hold the wifi on/off button for at least 2 seconds?
