Account profile - possible fraud C6900

Does anyone have an address; email or otherwise for Netgear. I just opened my account and noted that someone, other than me, filled in a couple of the boxes, e.g. my first name and stating that I wanted to participate in a beta user test. If I am unable to contact Netgear - since I can not access the support "Contact", because my 90 days, has expired - - I will seek outside assistance
