Annoying Waffle/Helicopter noise from my new C7000v2 Has anyone else had this issue?

you should contact support for RMA to determine if it is HW issue.

           I contacted support The call was answered in India and their suggestion was to reboot to rule out a software issue 😡 I am NOT happy

        I was not given a case number. I was instructed to reboot to rule out software as being the problem. I don't underrstand how software can cause an intermitten hardware noise. I am NOT happy.
