Anyone have Netgear honor their warranty for failed product?

Hi. Yeah I have a netgear product that I bought through cox. I call to check warrenty to try and get it replaced and netgear said I need to contact cox. Contacted cox and they said I purchased product from netgear and not them. And it just goes back and forth. I paid $150 for this thing. I'm on very limited budget and this crap.
