Assistance interpreting logs from cm700 Modem regarding slow internet.
Hello, I'm having an issue with my internet being intermittently slow, and cutting out. I have worked with my ISP, and they ensure that I have a solid connection to my site, and I have made sure that my wiring is all fresh, and settings are correct. I am still seeing connection speeds that dip down extremely low back and forth throughout the day. I already ruled out my router because I hard wired straight to my modem, bypassing the router completely, and the slowness persists. I have the following logs from my modem, I'm hoping maybe someone can assist in giving me an idea of what they mean. Thank you in advance:

You have errors and criticals that the ISP needs to review and help resolve.

Power levels are too high:

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. Be sure fittings are snug.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
