C3000-100NAS Comcast Connection Drop
Hello,
I've recently been experiencing issues with my Modem / Router where the Cable connection to Comcast will drop. It happens probably once a day and seems to be corrected by powercycling the modem. However, recently it seems to have been taking longer to connect back. I called Comcast and they said the signal to my location was poor, so it could possible be an issue with my modem or outside wiring. They are sending a technician, but I would like to make sure it isn't actually a fault on the modem causing the issue.
I wanted to know if there was any sort of diagnostic software, besides the internal diagnostic tool which just seems to be ping and traceroute, to help me determine if the issue actually resides with my modem. A sample of the event log is included below. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
