C3000-100NAS so slow getting config pages

All the threads on slow WiFi  for the C3000-100NAS are closed.  So I am reopening it.

My C3000-100NAS is supplying Ethernet uploads ~ 120 MB and Ethernet downloads ~10 MB.

However, on a brand new TP LINK wife adapter I am only able to obtain WiFi downloads of about 2 MB/Sec.

Curiously - WiFi uploads are often (but not always) about 6 MB.

Now, please spare us the techno-babble stream of consciousness all with the tweaks, workarounds, and general theory of networking followed by the usual throwaway "hope this helps".  I've done all those things.  Thank you.

What I want to know is what condition would cause the Spectrum Cable WiFi to deliver such bad results on WiFi but at the same time to perform very well on Ethernet
