C3000 and xbox issues

Hi, I just recently purchased a c3000 router/modem combo being utilized on xfiniti cable 25 download speeds. On my xbox one, a connection test results in 30 mbps download speeds, yet media can barely choke out standard definition playback.

 

Does anyone have any idea what the issues are? Thanks!

    Are you connected over wifi or Ethernet? Have you port forward you xbox one?
