C3000 Modem/router. Upload speed is not right.

Question

I just bought the Model C3000 N300 Wifi Cable Modem Router. &nbsp;My Dl speed is fine, but the upload barely reaches 1. Mbps, and sometimes less. &nbsp; I should be gatting at least 10 Mbps. &nbsp;My Isp (xfinity) has reset, and checked it. &nbsp;I've done a factory reset too. &nbsp;Is there something I can do to help this or will I have to return it to the store ? &nbsp;I have &nbsp;Win 10.&nbsp;

BTW, it's not the provider. &nbsp;Here is the speed after I removed the new modem and put the old one back.&nbsp;

I would suggest contacting support they will be able to troubleshoot the issue and replace the modem if needed.

I returned the C3000 and got the C3700 and had the same problem. &nbsp;It eventually started working right after I had asked for a tech visit. &nbsp;I ended up canceling that appt. &nbsp;I have no idea why it started working right during that evening. &nbsp;I had already done everything I could on my end and my ISP had done all they could online. &nbsp;Thanks for your reply.&nbsp;
