C3000 No QOS
So apparently there is no QOS option for these routers even though it says so online?
Did I get ripped off or is there some magic place I can turn QOS on. There is no option or QOS tab when I log into the router.

Agreed. This is why I bought this router. Where is QOS?
This was a mistake on the Staples website the C3000 does not have QOS features nor does the other cable combo units you would need to have a stand alone modem and stand alone nighthawk router. I sent this off to our advertising team so they can contact staples about the issue.
