C3000 Password confirmation failure

Password confirmation failure when trying to create a new password. Firmware Version V2.02.18. Spectrum internet only. Windows 7 x64

    Yes you would have to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds this will reset the login to admin/password but you will have to set your router up again.
