C3000 routerlogin.net says I'm not connected when I am

I'm using my ipad and my cellphone to try to change my login info and I signed in fine and have Internet but it says I'm not connected to my routers wifi even though I logged in with the info on the router.. and searched for the site using the wifi.... I just want to change my login info. Please help.

    Hello menolydc

     

    Try to log into the modem using 192.168.0.1 instead of the routerlogin.net
