C3600 lost Internet and ISP can't resolve
Just today I lost Internet connection. The LED indicator is still green and all other indicators look fine. I've rebooted using the mobile app. I've power cycled twice and factory reset once. Still no connection. I called my ISP, Vyve Broadband and the tech power cycled and can see the modem but could not get the connection. Is it likely a lwiring problem? Are there some firmware updates that the ISP needs to get? Please help if you have had this before and fixed it. Any help will be much appreciated.

Have you tried to factory reset the cable modem?
