C3700-100nas Comcast Slow Speeds

Question

I have a C3700 my connection speed is suppose to be 250 Mbps but I am only getting 120 Mbps I have checked all my connections contacted Comcast everything with them checks out. I have checked the manual of the C3700 and it does say it can handle&nbsp;speeds up to 340 Mps. Can any one help with this issue.
