C3700 CABLE ROUTER is not opening many of web sites with TWC ISP

Hi,

 

I bought a new Netgear C3700 cable modem router box and configure it to the time warner cable. I am able to connect to the internet but I am unable to any of the web sites other than face book , gmail and you tube on any of the web browser from (laptop , iphone , ipad either through Ethernet or WIFI). The time warner have verified all the configuration and confirm that there is no issue on their end.

 

The wifi signal is working for my laptop and mobile but when I try to connect my samsung smart tv with WIFI - the connection getting fail on connecting to internet. 

 

The time warner cable advised to disable thefirerwall setting on router, can you anyone help me on this issue. The

      Hi,

       

      Thanks for your reply, but still the issue is not resolved.

       

      I am able to connect to the internet but the issue is I am unable to open any of the web sites.

        Have you tried doing a factory reset to the modem yet?
