C3700 can't load certain websites on android and ios devices

Problem started about 4 weeks ago. tandyleather.com and pcmag.com started taking from 2 minutes to 5 minutes to load pages on some devices. All other sites load normally. It has to be my wifi as these sites load normally over cell network or on a different wifi network. My Windows 10 computer has no problems loading the 2 sites and my Amazon Fire HD 10 running Chrome has no problem. But the 2 sites won't load normally on Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Amazon Fire HD 8, iPad 5th gen or iPhone 8. On the Galaxy Tab, I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Samsung Internet browsers. They all do exactly the same thing. I've checked the C3700 setup, no websites or services are blocked. I changed the DNS 1 through 3 to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 and 9.9.9.9. They were initially my ISP DNS. I had Cox cable check the modem from their end and they couldn't find any problems. They also reset the modem. Anybody have a fix for this, I'm at my wits end and am out of ideas. I've googled the problem, but didn't come up with anything.

I want to fix this one. Had it almost 2 years without any problems. This has been a problem only the last 30 days or so. What could have changed?

Have you tried to use load the desktop site on the mobile devices? Also, have you tried to change the DNS on the phones and tablets wireless settings?

At some point it maybe time to upgrade the modem. Maybe no longer comaptible with some sites or what the ISP is servicing thru this modem. Glad you found a work around.

    Good Luck.
