    Have you tried to login using 192.168.0.1?

      Have done that and used several other addresses.  But no difference.  Can the modem be reset?  Are other people having this same issue?

        Try to find the IP address of your router using this method (link).

         

        If that fails, then reset the modem by pushing the physical reset button for 8 to 10 seconds until the lights flash off and on.
