C3700 Ethernet Port Fail
Using successfully on Comcast, both WiFi and Ethernet Port1. I have a Magic Jack connected to Port-1. Tried connecting another Ethernet Device, my Laptop PC, to Port-2. Doesn't work. All LED's OK...

I would check the router mode setting make sure its enables go to Advanced-Administration-Router Mode.
