C3700 Lose internet connection on some devices while not others. Local network connection still OK

My internet service was connected and was disconnected and then reconnected and now I cannot connect other computers or phones to the WiFi using the C3700 router/modem&nbsp;

You may want to contact your ISP if your wireless has stopped working a issue happened where the ISP disabled all wifi on modems in there billing system have them check if this was applied to your modem on your account.
