C6220 network connection issue
What would cause devices all on the same network to loose their connection between each other but each still maintain their connection to the internet? Restarting the router always fixes the issue.
For example, a laptop and an AV receiver can both be connected on the netwrok and using the internet. Then occasionally, the laptop no longer sees (or can communicate) with the AV receiver but both devices still have an internet connection. The same scenario can occur with the laptop and a printer. The laptop is running windows 10 and google chrome.
Thank you

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?- netto1Aspirant
Channel is set to manual.....I don't see how that would matter since all devices can connect to the router and maintain an internet connection?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? There maybe some wifi interferences or noises in your surroundings that may be causing problems.Has a factory reset been performed and setup from scratch yet?
Also try setting up IP address reservations for your devices ON the modem.
