C6250 cable modem router very slow 2.4
I have a Arlo camera that only works on 2.4ghz
And it has been failing to send recordings to cloud
Tested speed on 2.4 and 5 GHz and saw a dramatic difference
5ghz 110/50
2.4ghz 0.85/3
Using Comcast cable.
I did the speed test only 5 feet from the router. Any suggestions I’ve seen issues like this in the past but can’t really explain the cause looking for a solution. Also. I’d like to know if this is a typical problem with this cable modem router firmware v1.02.02

Try a factory reset and setupi from scratch on the modem.
try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz
Ensure WMM is enabled on the modem. Setup 40Mhz only Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
